At Oneline Construction & Maintenance, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth service operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled service time without any charge.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of SAR 50.
No Show: If our team arrives at the location and is unable to start the job due to customer unavailability or access issues, a service fee may be charged.
Rescheduling is allowed free of charge if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Any rescheduling within 12 hours is subject to availability and may involve an additional fee.
In rare cases where we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances:
You will be notified as early as possible.
You will receive a full refund or a rescheduled service, based on your preference.
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.
